The purpose of this data
ARCHIVO 2000 gathers specific personal data which is freely provided by the APPLICANT in the registration form, with the intention of being granted access to the different services as well as allowing us to answer and identify enquiries and requests made by the APPLICANT. We therefore need to know who you are so we can get to know your needs. ARCHIVO 2000 informs you that it will automatedly manage this data so as to administer, expand and improve their services . The data will also be used for technical and comercial purposes regarding products and and services available. Nevertheless, ARCHIVO 2000 requires only the basic data gathered
and processed for the aforementioned purposes.
Data submission obligations
No type of information is required to access ARCHIVO 2000´s website www.archivo2000.es. However, to request information or a specific service the user must provide information using the exisiting forms within the website for the previously mentioned
purposes.
Access, correction, cancelation and oposition rights
All APPLICANTS who insert their personal data into the registration forms has the right to invoke their access, cancelation and oposition rights at any point either via email to archivo2000@archivo2000, or by post to: Archivo 2000, S.A.: Alvedro, s/n 15180 - Culleredo - A Coruña, remembering to attach a copy of the applicant´s tax ID number together with the request. ARCHIVO 2000 promises to cancels all the personal data once they are no longer necesary for the purposes for which they were submitted.
Responsibility for data handling
ARCHIVO 2000 S.A. with registered office in Alvedro s/n 15180 – Culleredo – A.Coruña is responsable for the data. ARCHIVO 2000 is in no way responsable for the data that the user inserts into the different services that ARCHIVO 2000 offers since ARCHIVO 2000 neither gathers nor deals with this information, thus transfering all responsibilty onto the APPLICANT.
Transfering Data
No data will be distributed to third parties.
ARCHIVO 2000 will only use the data for the purposes mentions in clause 5.2. and does not distribute data to any other company. ARCHIVO 2000 informs the APPLICANT that by adhering to the present general conditions they are giving consent to the necessary and essential communication of their data to manage the services which thay have requested. This exchange of information is linked to the purposes for which the data was introduced and thus, is related to the legistimate and freely accepted legal relationship between the APPLICANT and ARCHIVO 2000. The development, fulfillment and control of these service implies a necessary communication of this data.
Security
ARCHIVO 2000 assures total confidentiality and privacy of the personal data gathered and have therefore established secutrity measures to ensure that no modifications, losses and unauthorised dealings occur and thus guarantee your safety and intergraty. However, ARCHIVO 2000 will not be held responsable for incidences that may occur with any personal data when it is a direct result of an attack or non-authorised system entry that is imposible to detect or prevent with all the technological measures available today. ARCHIVO 2000 will not be held responsable for any incident resulting from a lack of dilengence by the USER or APPLICANT with regards to the safekeeping and care of passwords and personal data.
The Use of Cookies
ARCHIVO 2000 uses cookies to gather information and carry out statistical analysis on the use of the website wwww.archivo2000.es – which may also be accessed anonymatly - and to enable the functioning of certain services. The cookies that ARCHIVO 2000 uses are anonymous and do not refer to the APPLICANT´s personal data, nor can they access personal data which may be stored on the APPLICANT´s hard drive. The APPLICANT´S identity is never directly introduced into the cookie and can therefore not be intercepted. Veracity of data
The applicant is responsable for the accuracy of the data provided and promises to both rectify where necessary and not enter any false information . ARCHIVO 2000 offers the APPLICANT the necessary means to modify their details. Changes can only me made using the unique prívate and secure area the APPLICANT has in www.archivo2000.es and to which they can gain access to by using the passwords obtained with user registration; the APPLICANT must be specially careful with the safekeeping and care of these passwords. The APPLICANT declares that when introducing details other than their own they have been authorised to do so.
Spamming or Non-authorised emails
ARCHIVO 2000 is totally against spam mail and would never carry out that type of behave - ARCHIVO 2000 only send emails to the emails provided by those who have registered as users on www.archivo2000 and have therefore accepted the General Terms here present and the Data Protection Policy for the receipt of such mails. ARCHIVO 2000 will not allow these practises to be carried out by the USER either and such behaviour will lead to exclusión from ARCHIVO 2000´s services and the appropriate legal action.
